All, On July 14 Tom Daldin and Jim Edelman of Under the Radar Michigan visited The Library Network world headquarters to draw the names of the first two lucky winning libraries (Grace A. Dow Memorial Library in Midland and Peter White Public Library in Marquette) for an upcoming UTR library program.
