October 28, 2016 Invoice Deadline Extension Tool and Submit a Question Outages Resolved This morning, USAC experienced a technical issue with the Invoice Deadline Extension Tool and a brief outage with the Submit a Question feature. You may have been unable to request an invoice extension for your FCC Form 472 (BEAR Form) or FCC Form 474 (SPI Form). Both tools are working and now available for your use. If you were unsuccessful previously, please file your invoice extension for your FCC Form 472 (BEAR Form) or FCC Form 474 (SPI Form) now.
