Your patrons may be interested in this program about wolves,
since we have many wolves in Upper Michigan. I have no
affiliation with Leokadia George, I'm just passing it on to you in
case you have interest in her doing a program on Zoom.

In 2016, the world fell in love with Trumpet, a Mexican Gray Wolf pup whose miraculous birth at the Wolf Conservation Center in New York captured global attention. Now, Trumpet's journey is inspiring kids everywhere with a four-book series by author Leokadia George. The wolf that inspired her story is in New York-- but certainly has an audience outside of NY!
Leokadia George, a Wolf Center volunteer and mental health therapist, was inspired by Trumpet’s story and wrote a fun and educational book series to help kids learn about conservation. On zoom with your patrons, George can discuss:
Her 4th book in the Trump the Miracle Wolf Pup series, titled, "Trumpet Becomes a Mom”
The importance of saving endangered species
Trumpet’s backstory including courting behavior, the pup cross foster program, and Trumpet’s tendency to drag deer carcasses into the den.
Plus, how she donates 50% back to the Wolf Center
