Building Community-Based Summers

We recommend that you consider your work schedules and apply to a cohort that fits best, however you are welcome to apply to both, too.
This series is based on the Building Community-Based Summers framework developed as part of a grant from the Institute for Museum and Library Services.

Collaborative Summer Library Program Updates

Next week is the Annual meeting and state reps will be voting on the 2028 Slogan and the 2029 Theme - thank you to the nearly 200 Michigan library staff that responded to that survey and ranked your choices/provided feedback. It really helps to inform the vote!
Meanwhile, CSLP has created an end of summer library programming survey so they can better assess the usefulness of the materials offered by the program on a national level to better serve you, the CSLP membership. The survey can be found here: https://forms.gle/9ohxTu3YyMcAgB7v6 The survey is open from now until Friday, September 12, 2025. If you have any questions you can contact me at LancasterC5@Michigan.gov or Barb Williams at WilliamsB39@Michigan.gov.
