Hello,

Has any library recently purchased a library building from their local county, village, township, etc.? Does any library have a lease agreement with their local municipality that is favorable to the library? We are currently in the initial stages of purchasing a county-owned branch building that has been a library since the late 70s and became part of the district in 1993. I would be interested to hear about your experiences, especially related to establishing a fair purchase price.
