We thought it would be helpful for it to be all in one place. AWE Digital Learning Solutions is offering a discount opportunity through November 15, 2013 for all public libraries in the State of Michigan. Both the pc and tablet versions are available. The PC information and pricing is available in the attachment. The current price for the units is $2,835 each (discount level 25-49 units). If we reach the last discount level at 50+ units, AWE will adjust all signed orders down to the final price of $2,678 before sending the invoice. Tablet Information: Tablet: $2,350 Shipping: free during the Michigan special (normally $25 each) Options: Protective Case: $65 Accidental Damage Warranty: $150 (covers two years of spills, drops, etc. and the protective case must also be used) Attached is a brochure about the tablet. Libraries can purchase either the Early Literacy Station or the AfterSchool Edge in the tablet format. Title lists and the brochure can be found on the AWE website and most of the programs that are included in the full computer are also included on the tablet. The discount opportunity is available through November 15, 2013 . If your library commits by November 15 , AWE is willing to extend payment terms for 60 days so the payment due date would be January 15 . Note: TLN is working with AWE to determine the next discount window so libraries that are unable to pay by January 15 for this opportunity will be able to budget for the 2014 opportunity.
