[Michlib-l] Inclusivity in design & programming at the library

"Universal Design can bring a new perspective to virtually any library initiative, from the smallest remodeling project to the design of new services and programs." Ironically I just had a conversation with a library staff member today, expressing her concerns that many do not offer or remember to include adult special needs in programming.
