I've got the 2nd highest tier, which has most of the bells and whistles, and it's really easy to work with. Since switching from ploud and moving to Streamline, we've been able to implement newsletters, online program registration forms, and just so much more and so much easier to use. They are now offering PDF/doc support as well, but we do that in-house thanks to a great staff member.
