Thanks Clare! As an aside, after attending so many online LM meetings in the last year and a half, is it just me or does everyone else hear Clare's voice when reading library legal documents? :) On Wed, Aug 18, 2021 at 11:56 AM Membiela, Clare (MDE) via Michlib-l < michlib-l@mcls.org> wrote:
Greetings!
The Library of Michigan(LM) has posted two new library law sheets on the LM website.
*Michigan Library Establishment Types *is a chart that lists each current Michigan public library establishment type along with basic characteristics for each type. There are links to each establishment law.
https://www.michigan.gov/documents/libraryofmichigan/Michigan_Library_Establ...
*District Library Info Sheet* provides information on forming district libraries. It links to laws and other pertinent information.

We hope you find these sheets useful!
Thanks!
