The Melvin J. Zahnow Library at SVSU (University Center, MI) is looking for a Research & Assessment Librarian.

This position helps design and coordinate the library's assessment initiatives. It also shares responsibility with other members of the Research Services Department for providing all facets of research support. The Research Services Dept. is a collaborative and friendly unit of librarians focused on improving information literacy, access and engagement with all our clientele. 

Some of the job responsibilities of this librarian include: 
-Leads library services and programs assessment.

-Coordinates library website usability studies for website development.

-Promotes library resources and services to selected audiences.

-Provide research assistance at a desk, assist faculty with resources and provide library instruction

-And several other duties and responsibilities
