I will ask my techie son and son in law if they know how. Probably depends on the system and software though.

Hello!

 

Has anyone had to blur faces in their video surveillance before turning over for a FOIA request?  I am in need of assistance in blurring the faces of some patrons in some requested video footage.  If anyone can assist me (either with a program or a company suggestion) please let me know!
