Hi everyone, I inquired whether the program was back up and running and was told that it has now resumed, and that they are processing requests again. We ordered new stock about a month ago and received it about a week or so ago. As Kimberly mentioned, I'd request sooner rather than later, since they didn't give any indication if they program would keep going indefinitely or not.
