This year’s New & Advanced Director workshops will be held on September 15 & 16 at the Hannah Community Center in East Lansing, MI. First-time library directors and library directors
new to Michigan are required to attend one or both of these workshop.
- All new directors are required to attend the New Director Workshop on September 15 within 12 months of appointment.
- New directors of class 4 through class 6 libraries are required to attend the Advanced Director Workshop within 24 months of appointment.
