Hi Cynthia, I have a call in to Anne Seurynck. Anne said she would talk with Clare Membiela. Randy Riley gave me a call as well to reassure me we should be able to continue. The initial thought is curbside is in compliance with the EO. My concern was the generic word "use" in section 1 and that all the exceptions for delivery service were specifically geared towards food service. I think the intent is more general but it was rushed into publication. As always, I don't think Lansing thinks about all the different ways libraries serve patrons. If I get a more restrictive interpretation, I'll pass it along.
