Hello, We, at the Otsego District Library, are looking for software to make the reserving of our Program Room and Tutor/Study rooms more user friendly. These would be room rentals for parties, business ventures, etc. At this time we have an application form that is available online or paper copies at the Library. The patron must print it off, fill it out and then either scan/email it to us or bring it into the building. We're looking for a program that will be easy for our patron's to use and also for our staff to manage. Something that will have a calendar to reserve spots, fillable online application and also a way for the patron to pay online if they so wish. Does anyone use such software now or have a recommendation of something they have seen. I have researched a bit on Google..but wanted to get other Libraries input before settling on any one product.
