Hi folks, 

I'm hosting a Haunted Carnival for teens in October. One thing my teen advisory board desperately wanted to see, that I've been subsequently putting off because I have no idea how to achieve it, is a creepy clown making weird balloon animals for them. 

I hesitate to cold call random clowns, etc, as this seems like a very specific ask. At this point I was going to let it go for the year, but figured I would send a hail mary to the librarian hivemind to ask if anyone has any suggestions or ideas for a vendor that they have somehow worked with in a similar context.
