Most
of our MeL Minutes feature eResources and content designed to help you help your patrons and community (important work!) We’ve shifted our focus a bit today, and this post is for YOU! We’re highlighting
MeL’s Personal and Professional eResources. You can use them to enhance your knowledge and skills on-the-job or as a life-long learner. They're just one more tool you can add to your library utility belt.
Today, more than ever, library staff are stepping up and performing new tasks that include learning new skills. The landscape of your work environment is shifting and adapting to our COVID-19
world. Many of you work both on-site and from home. You now communicate with each other and your patrons using online platforms like Facebook, Zoom, Slack, and Google Meet. Embracing technology and learning how to use new software is happening daily. Your
duties may now include other library tasks that you’ve never performed. In a nutshell, the job that you signed up for may have changed.
Dig into MeL’s eResources page,
