Hi Michelle, Van Buren District Library has been using the online version licensed through TechSoup for a little over two years now. We like it much better than the server-based version with local clients we migrated from. In my opinion it's more intuitive and easier to navigate. It's also browser agnostic so it works on any platform: Windows, Mac, etc. Also, it never requires version updates. Another advantage of having your accounting platform in the cloud is it allows the staff who need to use it to work from anywhere. The only negative, and it's a small complaint, is they do constantly update it, so things do move around from time to time, which can be a bit irritating, but that's modern life.
