Lansing Community College Library is seeking to hire a part-time Para-Professional Library User Services Customer Support member to join our team. Individuals who are student centered, possess
excellent customer services skills, and are team oriented are encouraged to apply.
The Library User Services Customer Support member is responsible for front-line customer assistance, satisfactorily resolving problems, responding to requests, assisting with library outreach
and special projects, and ensuring the safety and upkeep of the library facility. Further, this person will assist with the hiring, training, work delegation and oversight of library student employees.
