Good afternoon.  I would like to share a flyer for an upcoming program with you. John Carlisle, a columnist at the Detroit Free Press, will make a presentation at the Dearborn Public library in honor of the 10 year anniversary of his book 313:
Life in the Motor City. The book is comprised of essays which depict the life experiences of individual Detroiters. The stories are poignant, wild, and all true to life. The author will share insights into his writing process and take questions.  Carlisle has written for the Metrotimes, edited at the C&G papers, and had his work appear in Medium, USA Today, and the Toronto Star.

The program is in person and also will be on Zoom, for those who wish to attend remotely.  Visit bit.ly/3jilYku to register for the Zoom link.  Please share/ display the flyer where appropriate.

With gratitude,
