We are doing the same thing this year that we did last year. We have a laptop set up as a kiosk near the forms with access to the different tax locations, and they can print the forms they need to our copier. We ask that they pay for any copies over 10 that they make, but the first 10 pages are free. This worked pretty well last year (First year we did it, so yes, there were bumps and bruises) and there have been patrons asking for it this year. Answers have been all over the map. As for as, today we received just the 1040 instructions...still no forms for 1040 EZ and 1040. It's been very confusing for our patrons, because usually by this time we have all forms and instructions that they need to get their taxes done. We have been printing out a number of forms, but charging our normal fee of 15 cents a page. Heidi Neil Adult Services Librarian Adrian District Library 143 E. What type of forms and instructions do other libraries have? Thank you in advance for your responses, Heidi Neil Adult Services Librarian Adrian District Library 143 E.
