Does anyone require a parental signature on file for children to use the Internet?  What are your reasons for this?

Do you do require permission slips for WiFi connections as well? Currently we have no filter on the WiFi.

The children (0-17)are only allowed on the filtered Internets in the Youth Department, unless a parent sits by them on the adult department computers.  There is no filter on the WiFi.
