[Michlib-l] Program Evaluation

Hello Library Land! Dearborn is looking for new ways to evaluate the quality of programs we offer. How do you evaluate how well received a program was with the community? We specifically want the patrons to provide feedback, not necessarily staff feedback. If you have a system that works well I would love to hear about it!
