The new draft order is scheduled to be voted on by the five FCC commissioners on December 14, 2017. What's New: This week, ALA signed on to a letter being circulated by other net neutrality allies, including the ACLU and Fight for the Future. The letter asks the members of the Energy and Commerce Committee, which oversees the FCC, to support net neutrality rules and tell the FCC to stop its proposed plan to end them.
