Vintage card catalogs are trendy and in high demand and are therefore expensive. I am not an antique expert, but the prices I see in antique stores reflect what is on ebay:
-$300 on up for stand-alone wooden card catalogs with many drawers.
-$50-100 or more for a small unit with just 2 wooden drawers.
-Ones with metal drawers are cheaper.
