As far as SCCLS goes, we do offer health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield for full time employees. This isn't connected to the library specifically but rather through the county benefits for FT. There's no stipend. I'm not sure if there's any difference
between benefits and administration levels here.

Do you offer it to all employees, only FT, only director?
Do you offer a stipend?
If so, how much?
What do they do need to do to receive it?
How often is the stipend paid out?
Here is a general benefits question, does your director receive a different set of benefits than your other full time benefits?
