Our normal fee schedule is $1/per page with max fee of $10 per fax, with no charge for the cover sheet to send. To receive, we charge $.25 per page. However, we did have a generous donor pre-pay for some of our services, including faxes, so the individual patron is not currently being charged. We are seeing quite a few courts document related faxes that are 20+ pages and the fee for those faxes seems out of line with the amount of work our staff are putting into the sending of them.
