I first got to know Kelvin when he was working for Ingram as a sales rep in Michigan. During that time I recall telling myself "this guy is going places." Indeed. Kelvin is now Director of Broward County Library in Florida.

Kelvin has some very interesting things to say and share, from a perspective not often enough heard in the library world.
