We have received two similar requests from different people.  We have heard these people are associated with a company who sells a product that provides this.  Likely SPAM, but we have begun looking into other ways the library may be more helpful to those with vision issues.

Hello,
I keep getting these very similarly worded emails by different accounts and am thinking they might be spam but wanted to see if any other library are getting these? I responded to the first one without any response back. I want to take them seriously if they are not spam. Thanks for your suggestions!

I may want to stop by Bridgman Library at some point, so I wanted to send a quick note as a blind future visitor.

For me, an independent library visit would mean more than being welcomed inside. It would mean understanding the layout enough to find the main areas I need with dignity and confidence.

Could your team ever consider something that helps with that?
