Hi everyone,
It is with great pleasure that I take this opportunity to invite you to join us for our 9th Annual Midwest Literary Walk on Saturday, April 29th from 1-5pm. This year we have a fantastic lineup including Kwame Alexander, winner of the 2015 Newbery Medal for The Crossover and Heather Ann Thompson, winner of the 2017 Pulitzer Prize in History for Blood in the Water.
The Midwest Literary Walk is a literary event aimed at highlighting the power of literature and poetry in everyday life. Reading events take place in venues throughout the downtown Chelsea, MI. These intimate readings give attendees an opportunity to interact with the authors and better understand the process and craft put into creating their works. Books are available for purchase and signing. Midwest Literary Walk is hosted by Chelsea District Library.
Please see the attached press release, poster, and brochure. For more information, visit www.midwestliterarywalk.org. Please feel free to share with your community.
Sincerely,
Keegan
