The Michigan Department of Attorney General prints their biennial reports every two years. Due to inventory numbers there are reports starting with 1933-34 to 2013-14 which are available to libraries at no cost. The Department of Attorney General cannot cover shipping costs but may be able to arrange hand-delivery when an AG staff member is in your area.  If you would like to arrange pick-up in Lansing, just let me know.
