After a year without study rooms, we're thinking it's time to reexamine and possibly revamp our room procedures and policies before making them available again. To that end, we're wondering what other libraries are or were doing with their study rooms.

I've packed all the questions we had into this Google Form. You'll be able to see other libraries' answers after you fill out the survey, but I will also share the results here if anyone's interested.
