Has happened with my head of reference too.  Has tried for years and can’t get on.  Nobody could help us when we reported the problem, so if you do get some help, please share.

The head clerk at our library has tried multiple times to join the list-serv without success.  She has tried using the library email address and also her person email address.  

Does anyone know why this is happening?  Who can I speak to about this problem?
