Thank you everyone who responded to our spring poll on the starter book collections. We are excited that the books will begin shipping soon. We have been able supply most of the requested collections. Libraries that requested from one to four different collections are receiving their full request. Libraries that requested all five collections are receiving either four or five collections. If your library staff completed more than one request survey for your library or library system, LM merged the requests so that you are getting no more than one of each requested collection. Each requested collection is being shipped separately. The books and shipping are fully prepaid by LM AND will be shipped via UPS from Emery Pratt. Starting in late August and September, keep an eye out for a box(es) from Emery Pratt with your books. We hope they are a welcome addition to your programming and your circulating collections. The collections are as follows: * ESL/Literacy Collection - 15 titles * Girls STEM Collection - 16 titles * JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion) Collection - 13 titles * Refugee Development Collection - 13 titles * Workforce Development Part II - Trades Collection - 15 titles Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions.
