Hello Collective of Wisdom, Do you employ someone at your library to oversee your marketing efforts? Or do you contract with someone for this service? We are exploring the idea of a marketing person on staff (or contract) and I would love to hear how you navigate this. How does it work? Are you seeing good results from those efforts?
