Does any library have signage in their parking lot regarding liability or parking hours? We have a small parking area in the south west corner of the property which is seldom used, the neighbors across the street use these spaces for their personal vehicles. Are we liable for damage or theft? Do we need a sign designating parking for library patrons during library hours? Not sure how to handle this situation.
