Dear Librarians,

In the state of COVID-19, libraries have been reading books to children on facebook and virtual programming. How does that affect the copyright laws? What programs do you recommend for elementary level children? We are working on developing programs for in-house and virtual for next year. I appreciate your recommendations and suggestions.
