This is a reminder that the SLA Michigan Chapter is inviting you to join us as we gather in East Lansing for a casual evening of mingling and networking. The second in a series of events this year just to see a familiar face or meet and get to know your peers in other types of libraries a little better.  Plan now to join colleagues from all types of libraries for an evening of chat, fun, and relaxing. We would like to have a good turnout from public, academic, and special libraries across mid-Michigan. Whether you can only come in to say "hi" or stay for a beverage or two or dinner, stop by. The SLA-MI Chapter will place an order for a variety of appetizers; HopCat has a full menu in addition to a wide selection of beers. 

When: Wednesday, May 7th, 5:30 PM
Where: HopCat - 300 Grove Street, East Lansing
Who: Anyone from any library

This is one of a series of that will be organized in different areas of the state. If you're unable to attend this time, look out for a future event!
