Does anyone out there circulate Kindles for their patrons? If you do circulate Kindles, do you also purchase titles for these Kindles? And a third question (I guess I could have made this email a flowchart…), if you do purchase titles for
your Kindles, how do you go about that? Extra points if you’re a department of a city and have to go through a Finance department.
