Our long-time Circulation Supervisor is retiring after more than 25 years at the library and we need someone to fill her (incredibly amazing) shoes!

Spring Lake District Library is seeking dynamic and motivated applicants for the position of Circulation Supervisor. Under the supervision of the Library Director, the Circulation Supervisor is responsible for the patron experience at the library, leading daily library operations for a team of 10-15 staff assisting patrons with materials and payments.

Minimum requirements include an Associate’s Degree, experience in customer service and staff supervision, and familiarity with technology. Excellent customer service skills are vital to success, and library experience is preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits that requires weekdays with occasional evenings and weekends. Starting salary range is $40,000-43,000. First review of applicants is March 24.
