[Michlib-l] Exercise event at the Warren Civic Center

Hello, On Thursday, November 13 at 6:00 the Warren Civic Center Library will be providing a unique fitness experience. We will be offering an introductory lesson in Bollyfit®. Bollywood dance has been hot for years. Now it is time to try Bollyfit®—a fitness class that melds mindfulness and an excellent physical workout with Indian dance styles like Bhangra and Bollywood.
