Greetings, and happy Friday!

The strategic plan for our library includes consideration of adding a non-voting high school aged student to the board in an advisory capacity. If your board includes a student advisor, I'd like to be your new best friend!

Specifically, I'm looking for any information about how the board and student advisor interact; how the advisor's role is defined; benefits noted; policies covered; etc. 

That's a lot for a Friday.
