August can be a time of transition for library staff, as summer programs wind down and a new school year begins. Teams may be looking to reset their goals, objectives or tactics, and learning about new approaches can be a great way to infuse innovation and enthusiasm into the process. This month's list of over 80 free webinars and three online conferences could be a great place to find that inspiration.

This list, provided by the Wyoming State Library, comes out every month and is regularly updated on the  WebJunction Free Training page, where you can also view the offerings by topic. For additional training, check out the WebJunction Catalog, free and open to library staff and volunteers in Michigan public libraries.
