Here are the URLs, deadline, and submission information: In order to be considered for the National Medal for Museum and Library Service, you will need to complete and submit the required Nomination Form. Three representatives from the community served by the institution should submit letters of recommendation either with your nomination packet or separately to IMLS by the October 2 deadline.
