GENERAL FUNCTION Oversee the entire operation of the Youth Services (YS) department including patron service, reference and reader’s advisory service, collection development, cataloguing, planning, promoting and delivery of programming for patrons 0-17 years old and families. Also responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling YS staff. Uphold the Whitefish Bay Public Library Mission Statement set by the Library Board and provide services that meet those standards.
