Board Development Strategies" - "Director-Board Relationships: Working Together for Success" - We will also have Shannon White, the Continuing Education Coordinator for the Library of Michigan, presenting: "The Quality Service Audit Checklist (QSAC): How Statewide Measures Can Improve Public Library Service" FOML Trustee Alliance workshops are a great time to network with other Trustee groups, tour the *Rochester Hills Public Library*, and spend a day learning how to support your library!
