[Michlib-l] Seeking promotional ideas for new library service

Hello library world! We are looking to promote a service in which a patron may place a hold from our online catalog on a physical item that is currently available in our collection. This item will then be pulled by library staff and be awaiting the patron on their next visit. Does your library do something similar to this, and if so, how have you marketed this service to your patrons? Catchy branding names appreciated. :) Thank you! Scott
