Our library board is interested in hearing the experience of other libraries that have or had a student liaison (high school student) attend board meetings. 

What was the initial goal of adding a liaison?

Is that goal met?

What/how does the student contribute to the board?

If you tried having a liaison and it didn't work out, why?

Did you explore the idea but decide not to add a liaison? Why?
