Hi Andrea (and library land),

MSU's Conservation & Preservation Unit provides consultations on how to preserve and repair historical artefacts. You can reach out to them with photos and questions and they provide resources and guidance (they do not perform the work themselves).

I hope this helps!

Does anyone have a contact for a preservation or archive specialist at any of our Michigan universities?

I have a couple of physical historical pieces that are not preserved properly that I would like to get restored and framed properly.

They are already digitized, I am looking specifically for preservation of the physical copies.

Thanks and have a great weekend!
Andrea
