Hello,
We did an arts and crafts program this summer for children and teens that could very easily be applied for seniors. It was called - DreamFlags.
And the participants made dream flag... what do you dream about? Whether it is ice cream or world peace.

It was well attended and the kids (and some adults) and the comments are really positive. Additionally we made all of the kids create one to display in the library.
Good Luck!!

We've been asked by a local adult care facility if we could come once each month to lead a craft or other program. About 80% of their residents have Dementia. There would be some supervision by staff, but I need program ideas that are appropriate.
Do any of you lead programs in adult care facilities and/or for dementia sufferers?
